Bip-Art PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP

Come and join me at bip-Art Printmaking studio, where I make all my work.  We have a wonderful 1844 Colombian Press, which is a joy to use. 

A fun and immediate way to produce beautiful prints. Learn how to create colourful works and print them on the traditional, hand pulled Colombian & Albion presses. Cut your image into Soft Wood, Lino, or Vinyl blocks and incorporate colour using Chine Colle and blends of ink.
Progress on to reduction and multiple blocks.

It is possible to take more than one course, one after another and continue on to develop more advanced printing methods.

Courses take place on Wednesday evenings, 6.30pm-9.30pm, Thursday mornings  10.30am-1.30pm, some Thursday afternoons 2pm-5pm and some Friday mornings 10am-1pm. The cost of weekly classes is £35.50 per session, which includes materials except for larger blocks and paper, on your first session blocks and paper will be provided.
Saturday courses run a few times a year, 10am-4.30pm.

Bespoke workshops are available for your group, or I come out to you with a small portable press, just contact me and let me know your needs.

I have many years experience running workshops for schools at the studio, bip-Art Printmaking and visiting schools to run workshops.

I have a portable press I can bring to schools or colleges. I teach workshops from key stage 2 to University level in a variety of printmaking techniques. Please be in touch if you wish to know more.

If you are a student studying me at GCSE level, or any level and would like to send me your interview questions please do so. I am always happy to help.

GROUPS

I can run away days for groups at a location of your choice or host workshops for you at bip-Art Printmaking. Be in touch for a bespoke package.
